quicktime question

  im using iframes....

  how do i make a *.mov file open in an HTML file loaded into an iframe? like i cant just type "moviename.mov" and it'll show...but if i use javascript that opens up a window to open a file i can just point it towards a file...how do i imbed a *.mov file WITHING a page?
