They're not releasing all of the together. Part 1 and 2 have been out in the Extended Version in a nice box set for a while now. Must buy each on it's own, but you can buy the extra-extra one with bookends if you wish. Classy, for the mantle!

Ok so I got out the last 2 films on DVD from Blockbuster expecting to see the deleted scenes like the burning of the shire and what have you.

So are they going to put them on a DVD or what?

Burning of the Shire? There's no extra part of that.
I only have the extended version of Part 2, but I dont' think there is such a scene in Part 1.
