hehe thanks everyone. Mom and I had a good time at the Queen tribute show. It reminded me of a really good high school play but nothing huge to write home about. We had a good lunch though and now I'm home...the girlfriend just showered me with gifts. I told the bitch I wanted a Play Station 2...and she bought me clothes...which is what I really needed anyways, so +1 for her.
Cheers!!
Hey tara...you know that the Sag is half man half horse right?

If GF would have got you PS2 then she would have been +5...
PS2+clothes= +7
but fack it. You get +20 for kickin it with moms. I took my moms to a Barry White concert for her Christmas present like 8 years ago and it was cool.
Now get back to gettin shitefaced...

wish I could relate on the beer afficianado-ness. The only beer I drink is 40's and Coors Light. I'm a little better on my liquor ID'ing. All I have in my frige E&J.

social graces question:
if you just started dating someone - 2 months or so - and your birthday came up - would it be terribly rude to not tell them?
- _salisae_0
your picture is "the cock"
- Point50
I think that it's going down like that. BTW, if I'm not mistaken, kOna is supposed to be touching down here that day...
- Point50
_salisae_, if you choose not to tell "that someone that you started dating 2 months ago" that it was your birthday, I think that's your perogative. It seems like the "when's your birthday" question would have been brought up by somebody by then... Did you tell them and hope that they forgot?
- _salisae_0
yeah - he's a drunk - so hopefully he'll forget.
:)

I say tell em!! If you are worried about the pressure they might feel to get you something, then make it a point to tell them that you have an extremely rich sugar daddy who would be upset if anyone other than him buys you anything. Then the new guy will either try and outdo the fake sugar daddy or he'll try harder in the sack to woo you...either way you win.
- _salisae_0
i dare say - excellent advice. :)
but is it god awful rude if i just don't tell him?
- iDp0
yes
- BonSeff0
its not rude if you bring it up right. it takes good timing but if you dont want to make it a big deal and let him know that its not a big deal, it will work.
that is unless, you think it is a big deal. but i doubt you do.
but seriously, if you dated for 2 months, you should say its my birthday and i want a nice dinner!
it will give him something to plan out. and thats what guys want.
- MLVR0
doesn't 'not telling him about your bday' include that he's not gonna be a part of any kind of celebrating. i mean family, friends and other ppl that will celebrate you, are they gonna keep it secret? or how would you solve that? (that may be something for BonSeff to plan out. :-)
- Point50
I think that not telling that person automatically let's you know how you feel about them. Good enough to kick it with every now and then, but not good enough to be with you and your friends during a special occasion.

:...((((((
you're right. that sounds awful.
