I just read this morning that Apple want to sell the 'Band Aid 20' single for 79p like all their other songs instead of the £1.50 that it costs in shops (of which all money goes to charity).
It seems a bit irresponsible of them when they could be using the popularity of their iTunes store to help raise money for a truly worthy cause in the Sudan.
I understand the format of the iTunes store (no distribution or packaging cost = cheaper music) but raising the money is more important than Apple's online music domination, surely?

If the same amount goes to charity it's not much of an issue, but yeah they could be nice about it and charge the same then donate the extra income.
Shame the official download site can't get it together to sell a Mac compatible version... http://www.7digital.com/download…

They'd have done it for 'heal the world' or whatever it was called

I'd rather just give £1.50 straight to charity than fork out for that fucking shitty Darkness b-side toss.
