Hi guys,
I've been working on this logo for a company that provides tour packages to college students travelling to Whistler/Blackcomb.
Let me know what you think, but this is the first time I have posted a logo crit on NT so don't be too harsh on me. hahaha

#3, although I think you could keep going especially with the type. They aren't working together yet. plus shrink it down and see if 'tours' disapears?

i like nr 3 the best...but that is jut me, plus I dont know anything about design to give you any advice.

Yeah spix is just here for the dirty conversations :)
I like number 5 ... needs some refinement, could be made quite modern and stylish.

no crit but u shuld save as a GIF for flat colours!
the jpeg compression makes your logo look sTINK!

nr 3 so far.
I think you need to work on your type choices some more. The text right now, especially when the second line is centered makes me think of a pack of Marlboro cigarettes for some reason. Maybe its only because of the whole feel of 1 & 2 looks like the front of a pack of marlboro's. Could just be me though.

It looks way to safe. The name is Outlandish and you're dealing with a younger tour group. Either the name needs to be revisited or the mark needs to be reworked from scratch.

Beech, i agree with you. 5 was my fav too. How do you think i should make it more modern.......by changing the type?
Ya you're right about the jpg Blackspade, i'll remember that for next time.

They are incredibly boring and Futura condensed is completly against the whole purpose of a typeface like Futura, so don't use it.

me gusta 5...nice.
- jeeto0
Agreed ... A typeface thats more fitting as well as less on the kerning.
The logos look good - just need a good typeface.

before i look at anyone else's responses, i must say that actually like numbers 4 and 6. although i think you could find a better font for Outlandish.

try some different typefaces

they all look like a brand for outdoor apparell, not a travelling agency (?). Consider your target group again. change font. or go with no. 5.
