Flash training

  has anyone taken either of these classes from macromedia:

  -Flash Advacned Application Development

  -Flash Application Developement

  I know there was a post a few weeks ago about the differences b/n the two, but i cant seem to find it now.

  I'm trying to figure out which one i should take
