Help w Present!.. Hints?

Ok... I need help to find out what a present is for my girl... she gave me a bunch of clues and now i have to find it... here are the clues:
1: It begins with the letter "T"
2: The name of the thing is also the name of the company that sells it... (i think)
3: The name of the thing is also in the title of a movie that i think is from the 50's or 60's decade.
4: A very popular actress who's 1st name begins with the letter "A" was in that movie.
5: The name of the thing is also in a song but not in the title... the song came out after 2000.
6: The thing has to do with a heart.
7: It costs around $250 (i think)
8: It is something she might have to have resized but it is not clothing.
9: It is something that i would have ot have personalized so that it is unique from me... (i think might have to be an engraving or something)
10: It is something a contestant on the gameshow The Bachelorette gave to the bachelorette.
11: It is also something that Nick gave Jessica on the Newlyweds show.
12: the company that makes this thing makes a couple similiar things and one of them says on it "Please Return To"... that is one i shoult NOT get.
now these are a lot of hints... but ones i do not know... please if you have any idea to any of the clues then help a bro out.
