Hi folks,
Do you guys know where is the firewall in Panther 10.3.4? Funny! I really don't know where is it? I need some protection for my laptop.
Thanks in advanced.

what do you need firewall for enyhoo... it's not like you have Windows, so you should be safe.

Am I safe without using firewall while I'm surfing?

Depends what you want to be safe from.
You just turn off access to all services you dont need.... like if you arent running a webserver turn off Web Sharing...not running an FTP server, turn off FTP access, dont need people logging into your machine by SSH, turn it off, etc...

and basically the firewall should always be on...you just block services/ports as needed, and add new ports to allow specific services to get through as needed (like 6891-6900 for MSN messenger)... theres built-in choices there, plus you can create new ones...
