not a fan of their site for starters
got really tired of the WorldWide CEO talking after about 10 sec. But i'm really busted in my brain tonight so i'll have a fresh look at it tomorrow.. will the CEO still be there by then?

Their website's kind of interesting although not that user friendly. I also like their Los Angeles office's website -- http://teamone-usa.com/ . Besides those sites the only thing I know about them is that the Saatchi owner is a big wig in the art world.

there's some lovely ladies working there (LDN, UK)

I did a couple of jobs for the guardian through emcSaatchi and I must agree on the ladies!

Rule 1:
NEVER judge an advertising agency by its website. Ad agencies are notorious for shitty sites as they are usually "pet-projects" of a creative director with absolutely no web experience.Secondly, Saatchi is one of the largets agency networks in the world with 180-ish offices over the globe.
If you want to work for a traditional ad agency, be rest-assured - they are best in class.
Saatchi & Saatchi is responsible for some of the most memorable , innovative advertising we have seen.

cool. their site only have a list of like 5 works... i dont know what kind of work they did in the past..
- DutchBoy0

- designerror0

Actually guys: have you seen that if you load the website of Team One (A us Saatchi company) it is loaded from a subdomain of 2advanced.com?
Anyway. Not interesting.
However. I just think it is so strange that one of the leading ad-agencies cannot build a site of their own... isn't their something like inhouse expertise?
It is a strange fact that I also have some ad-agencies as clients that are capable enough of producing a high-quality website. Disuss please.
Anyone agree/disagree?
- usrper0
i think its also a matter of taste.
the saatchi site, maybe to them, is fabulous. its conceptual, and requires a slight amount of flash knowledge.
and since they dont do web design, maybe they done see the point of hiring an inhouse who just updates their site everyday.
- WoutWijtenburg0
Still its strange. The acclaimed biggest ad-agency in the world with the most wellknown design work do not have flash experts?
- JamesEngage0
they are an ad agency they would rather spend their money directly on a established company that does it sweetly, they all got their fingers burnt a few years ago... plus all they will do is mark up the work and add their creative input to the budget... do the MATHE :)

crispin porter + bogusky did some really great ones though
btw.. there's a tv docu about marketing at the pbs website
