I saw the one at Kilburn tube soda - it's a pig smoking a cigar, and stuff. Really cool muriel

it's sweet, they have a scaled down photocopy of the design describing what each element means in relation to Kilburn. It's really impressive, apparently it's the biggest commissioned piece in the UK (so the Metro said anyhow..)

damn missed it. thanks for the signal link, will have to check out the kilburn stuff, in fact i must have gone past it last night but was dark and i was trying not to get mugged. is it me or does Shoot Up Hill win the prize for the dodgiest named street in London

no idea vespa, just saw the signal url on the hoarding outside the mural, had a look and saw that a mate of mine was on their site too.
I will ask him for some more info when I see him.
As for shootup hill.... what a name!
I had a look at some houses there last week, the estate agent didn't understand why I thought it would be a road full of smack heads...

I just had lunch with a mate of mine about it. He said he was approached to do the mentoring but turned it down because he was worried it would be a bit of a cliched look at graff etc....
he then said they were only offering to pay a grand for having the bloke living with you for a month!!!

Faking it?
Take someone from a completely different walk of life and make them into something else, record it and see if they can fake it in that business?
Eg. A Hairdresser faking it as a Bouncer, a arts history student from Cambridge faking it as a graff artist.
Strangely it's quite a good show..

dude.. that is here as well..
in Belgium (we can see it here in NL as well..) they have this show with Belgian people doing just that.
once there was a plumber transformed into a designer haha.. and at the end a (pro)jury has to judge the designs of 2 real and one fake designer.
