wheatpasting is getting to me, and i cant be arsed with all the mess,
decided to give spraymount a go, ive used some in the past for photos, etc.
but whats it like for pasting things up in the street?
its gonna be either

wheatpasting is messy but if you want it to stick its the way to go, spraymount is shite.

be careful if it's windy. and it is toxic too so best to do it without a lot of others around.

how much is wheat paste cost - cause spray mount ain't all that cheap - and i take it you have a lot of material to cover...

it wont last long, especially if it rains. and it'll only really be any good for walls that are in good smooth condition and painted. paste in a squeezy along with a brush is still the best bet, but I understand what you mean about all the mess.

works out bout 6 quid a can 500ml, wheat paste is free, well, buy some flour, doesnt come to much, i can blag it is art materials, student expense.. etc.
just thinking about the strength of it, dont really want it to be that easy to buff.

We used 3M SUPER 77 SPRAY ADHESIVE for the Starbucks Invasion: http://www.areyougeneric.org/jam…
but be sure to point to the ground when spraying -- the wind carries it everywhere.

It held up for three days without even a curl and then starbuck gnomes came and took it down.

spray 90 is the strongest shit in a can... wallpaper paste is by far the best, though. don't do the shitty DIY recipies... those tend to not work as well
