  anything i should watch out for?? is the NDA enough to protect my ideas?

  Interesting idea and a good market to tackle IMO. What is your core target area? I mean what's it going to do? Username and pass, signing in to check on sh*t, what wha? You might be able to garner some nice advert $$ as well. I like the way you think. :)
