I've got some photos that i would like to use as backgrounds on some projects. my employer regularly buys stock images however they will not pay me for my own images but if i were to sell them through a third party they would purchase them. anybody know how i could do this?

I had that too... i offered to shoot photos for my old boss for a good bit less than he was buying stock photos for, but he said that if i was his employee that any thing i did was his any way... even if i did it on my own time... guy was crazy... did i mention that he's my *old* boss?
