he's not doing too bad. The next day there was a gallon of Grapefruite juice in the fridge, but he says he still can't do the egg whites so he does oatmeal.

lean diced ham
diced green pepper
pepper
mrs dashkiller homemade omlets every morning. way better that the straight egg whites.
