crazy bet update

i'm sure you guys were biting your nails on this...here's the update!
I'm 3 pounds away from my goal. Just wanted to thank all the boys and girls for their suggestions and support, Kona, and all the people that told me to cut my leg off.

cardio workout 2 times a day, morning and evenings, water, tea, grapefruit, toast twice a day, tuna, vegan burgers, and salad.

to all the people that have no clue what i'm talkin about here's the CRAZY BET!
so my brother in law and i made a bet about 2 weeks ago. he is in florida and the bet was that next time we saw eachother that person had to have lost 20 pounds. this bet is for 300 dollars. here is the tough part...
he is coming up with my gf's sister on the 12th of november.

hey k0na, when my feet are on the footsies of a machine, for example an ellliptical, where should they be? Since my feet don't fit the huge footsies, i've been trying to keep part of my foot (like my heels) against the heels of the footsies so that i'm balanced on both feet. should i be trying to keep my feet in the middle, even though it makes me feet slip to different areas from each other?

swollen, you weighed 205? yo thats what I weigh now and I want to get back to my fabulous 185..... how did you do it? tuna and vegan burgers....in the same day? how many hours for cardio and what kind of cardio?
