good colour/bad colour

here you can see we have two colours. we shall call them good colour (#333366) and bad colour (#669999). Good colour is an obstinant bastard and cannot be changed as it is companies coporate colour, but bad colour is a mellow peace loving colour and is happy to change...
so for aesthetics sake, does anybody have any suggestions? :)

What? Well, if you like the good colour and you can change the bad colour, then change it.

yeah I suck at colour schemes so I'm asking for suggestions on what to change the bad colour to.

make another color we shall call it coloratron then it can dominate the other two and make them tow the line.
