hi dudes...can you help me?
in flash i got different objects, like text, movieclip, sound, xml, array...right? and every object has a set of properties and methods. what the hell is the difference between.
what does "methods" mean?

figuratively speaking, if actionscript is a language, then 'properties' are the nouns and 'methods' are the verbs.
a method can be as simple as a single equation or, more complexly, an encapsulated function.
