  I predict an iMovie application where you can download and watch movies - like iTunes. Of course, they will have some sort of encryption where you can only watch it or share it a certain number of times....

  I don't think so anytime soon. Quality movies are pretty large, although Netflix is planning to do this trough TiVo, so it might happen!?
