My insurance started today! woohoo. It's been over a year since I had any kind of medical insurance so now I don't have to pay full price for my dentist visits!
I got mine through my wifes work. How many freelancers out there actually have insurance? Just Curious.

i do - Anthem, but my deductible is 1800 or so
more catostrophe insurance for skating and snowboarding
about 85 a month

no insurance and I broke my collar bone recently. Luckily my write offs brought me down to poverty level and the hospital wrote off its share. still had to pay the doctor and the xrays. came out to about a years worth of insurance.

that sucks. I've been very fortunate health wiise but I admit that I don't skate as much these days probably out of fear of my lack of insurance and a lingering knee injury that I should see a specialist for.
