hi folks,
just got an ipod as a gift... been trying to figure out how to make it display Chinese titles but to no avail... anyone tried with success?

yeah, my wife's iPod is all set up in Chinese, it works fine, but then, our PC (XP) has it's default system language set to Chinese...

Just title your tracks in iTunes in chinese. If they don't stick, then the ID3 tags are encoded in an old version, so just go to Advanced > Convert ID3 tags, and select the newest.
You don't have to do anything special on the iPod. It will display multiple languages fine. Mine has had no trouble with japanese titled tracks.
If you mean the menus in chinese, on your iPod go Settings > Language, and just scroll down and select chinese

it'd be better quality than if it was made in the US, by fat lazy lay-abouts who just diss the rest of a world they don't even know the location of on a map.
