Final Cut Pro Install

  Hi I'm trying to install Final Cut Pro 4 on my Mac G5 and everytime I stick the DVD in a 20 seconds later the tray pops out. I have 2 G of RAM and all the necessary requirements. What is the problem? Is the tray broken?
