No -- you cannot simply ask for SS to not be withheld from your check. It's not that easy. You need to incorporate under the articles of a Sub Chapter S Corp and get an accountant. They'll explain it.

a little off topic but i find it funny that every few responses there's someone saying "delete" this thread. is it that hard to ignore a thread? i tried to bring that up the other day as well when political threads became part of the norm or here.
i'll tell ya, it's much better to read about politics than ashlee simpson.
