jevad
(nov 1 04, 14:50)I had to make an appearance for this....I promised myself and JEVAD not to post on newstoday until it was over or even read anything on this left-wing-bleedin-heart-liberal... .......bulletin board....
you know what scares me....you jevad... you comparing christians to terrorists.......... be happy for the freedom you have here.... that you may compare me to a terrorist.......and with that I say thank you....and you should too for the freedom to say these things....
I am sorry I had to break my silence that I promised to you back in Sept or so... if you were joking then I take it back... but I think the comparison was a bit much... if you want to say that we are close minded freaks....be my guest.... but that comment just threw me off and scared me a little...

Put me in the ocean and I'm fine, I could float in murky deep waters all day with ne'er a problem.
Put me in perfectly clean and clear swimming pool and I get scared of invisible sharks.
Whenever I stand at crosswalks I always get this fear that the car coming towards me is all the sudden going to go wildly out of control and crush me so I like to put sign posts and lamp posts between me and oncoming traffic.
Other than that I'm okay.

mg33: I lost a brother in a car accident a couple of years ago. And since that day I've been worried about dying because of the reactions etc. I were with my mom when she was told that my brother had been hit by a car and died.

Even if I wish that this would never had happend to anyone it's nice to hear someone express the exact same fear!

"That is one of my big fears in life, that I'm gonna die, and my parents are gonna have to come and clean out my apartment, and will find that porno wind I've been adding on to for years. There'll be two funerals that day. I can just see my mom going through my stuff.
'Look honey, here's Bill when he was a cub scout. Look how cute my baby is. His little short pants and his little hat. Look how cute my baby was ... I wonder what's in this box over here? REAR ENTRY VOLUMES 1-40???'
I'll be the only guy going through the gates of heaven with his mom spanking him."
---The late great Bill Hicks.

Ah, it's a near tie between being trapped in a small, claustrophobia inducing box and the humanistic, subjective-morality embracing leftist agenda which would cause our nation to fall harder than Rome.
Either cause me to shudder with trepidation.

better to box the mind than the body eh discipler?

hehe, what one often thinks is "free thinking" and "progressive" is in reality an ideology of both self and collective destruction.
History is brutally honest teacher.

regardless of whether you think free thinking leads to the destruction of society (which is exactly what fundamentalist muslims think), it is interesting that your fears are of both a lack of free physical space and simultaneously an overabundance of free mental space.
