Does anyone know of a way to have your complaints taken seriously by a company? I'm tired of being cheated by certain companies policies but if I'm talking to a telephone rep for instance my opinion or complaints won't matter as they have no power to do anything about them and there must be multiple layers of padding between them and anyone who actually has an influence. So saying can I talk to your manager is probably pointless.
I want to start a coprorate complaints site where people can post. Hopefully it would get good search results next to the company names and then maybe they would feel compelled to address the issues.

Come on, help me 'stick it to the man'. At least tell me what you think of the site idea.

i think it's a great idea...i'd definitely post..one thing to be wary of though..
unsubstantiated claims...etc...if a company feels maligned by any comments that have been posted, they'll come after you...
so, you'll need some sort of legal type saying 'views and opinions are of the claiments' type thing..
other than that though, i think it's a great idea...
it'd be tapping into a big well of resentment of the way most of us feel ....big companies like the cable co. ...telco's....hydro, electric.....they have a way of sticking it to you.....it'd be nice to have a way of venting..and hoping that others see....smart idea man....very smart...

Thanks, yeah your right about having a good disclaimer. That's also why I want to make it where anyone can post. Then I can post too but the opinions can't be pinned on the site owner.
Those are the exact type of companies I'm talking about too. The ones your stuck with but feel the need to F you as much as possible.

Both those sites dont identify clearly what areas of the world their organization covers until you've hunted around to find it...BAD.
