iilustrater to flash?

  I just finished my personal web site in illustrator. Im exporting to a SWF but Im not sure if I should bring the layers in seperatly or all at once. Is there a tutorial on this? There seems to be alot of choices: all frames to layers, lossy, resolution....any advise would be great.....Ive already tried and vector art looks like #%!.
