Quitting my job tomorrow

just wanted to share
ive been working at this job for over 2 years and feel like im not getting any respect from management they treat me like im just a dumb kid that doesnt care about his job because im a studentso i went to a competitor and got hired on the spot i start there in two weeks
working less hours but getting paid the same amount if not more and i dont have to work on the weekends no more
it feels real good knowing i can go in to work tomorrow and tell my boss that i will no longer be his slave

good advice everyone...
I ventured out on my own six months ago - and I get work from ALL my previous employers on a regular basis.
Not burning a bridge is a wise decision - no matter how much you hate the employer or the way you're treated... you never know where you'll be 2 weeks from now - or two years from now.

all good advices so far....i signed them too...
all the places i've been working for in the last four years are now my clients...and i hated them too when i left them...
therefore see to do not use a too strong glossary when you'll notice your boss!!! ah ah !
