i'm designing a postcard for a client, and I want it to be vertical (front and back), but I don't know the post office rules for vertical postcards. I don't even know if it's possible, in fact.
i tried to find some rules on the web, I found a lot of stuff of printing process, but nothing on the possibility of a vertical postcard... can anyone here help me on that?
the layout is at http://www.nonlinearmatters.com/… if you wanna look at it.

ah, just a crazy thought but a postcard either vertical or horizontal is exactly the same. surely.
they may tip it on it's side in the mailing room so make sure nothing in the vertical design can fall out when they do this.
as long as it's within postoffice guidelines in size and has the correct stamp on it and a legible address you're all good.

hey, thank you both. i'll check the links out...
for me, it's all the same too, but my client terrified me saying it wasn't that easy, so i decided to make sure.
