my wife drives a 97 acura integra.
she left home this afternoon and when she got to her car, she noticed the door was not closed all of the way (she said she locked the door the previous night) and when she got in, the only thing that was missing was the manual out of the glove compartment. she had a few CDs laying about, which went untouched.
She reported the incident, and shortly thereafter, she found the manual in the parking lot (not too far from her car)
no visible damage to the car.
weird huh? anyone know of something like this happening before?

My guess is that a vagrant broke in to take a nap and then stole the manual so he'd have something to red while he took a shit on the sidewalk.

some other 97 acura owner had a flat and couldn't figure out how to get to the spare. broke in your wifes car and took the manual. carried it back to parking lot where his flat was. fixed it. drove away.

I got my car broken into not too long ago. They stole the change out of my ashtray, my sunglass ($20 pair, woohoo) and my mini digital camera that was very convenient.

I had my crap car broken into recently. Dude went through all my parking receipts, maps, tapes (ya, tapes), and neglected to take the $10 in my coin tray, or pop the trunk and take my $500 tripod.
