a little white it kinda bright but looks nice

nice, the only thing i have to say is that the nav menu is centered on the page and everything else is left aligned. looks a bit skewed.

looks nice to me too...
one thing i would suggest though is to nudge over the left area with the links over to the left a bit more... so the main write up (are you connecting) is wider.. all IMO

I think teh layout and structure are terrible. Sorry to be so blunt. Terrible use of color and bad type selection. There's no room for anything to breathe..all bunched up...I don't know what's a link and what isn't..etc.etc...D-

too many logos on the homepage, 3-pixel "arrow" icons are overused, the flash is obnoxious, a soundtrack on a corporate site is unwarranted...
also, why is the login/password form on the top of every page? seems unnecessary

i have to agree with jevad.
additionally i hate sites with silly beats to impress, kinda makes it seem to wanna make up for something. (lack of substance?? i don't know..)
i am feeling where you are heading.. i like the clean approach, but the placement of elements and text alignment is very very messy (or is it just here?). some things are centered other aligned to one side, but together they seem to be all over, quite confusing for a first time visitor.
a solid grid really is the basis for successfull user experience. really. some people tend to forget this being too obsessed with details.
no hard feelings, it is all very clean, it's just layed out badly.
work on it and then you have yourself a killer site.
