need desk w/ casters

i want to build a simple desk with 4 legs on casters. ikea used to offer legs with casters, but no more. so where can i get some decent affordable desktop and leg+caster combo?

buy the legs from ikea and buy some casters from home depot. or use plumbing pipe and flanges with casters.

2 or 3 inch threaded pipes w/connectors to the wood...
... they do sell casters. My old boss used to build small workstation type tables w/simple home depot components.

a friend of mine was making desks out of old door frames he found, cutting glass from a sheet for $30, and attatching said piping to make desks. he was selling them for $500 a pop. cost him like $80 to make plus some time.
