Twilight Zone ruined my life

I am looking for this one episode of The Twilight Zone, or a website which could tell me what episode it is.
In it, this man's life was being taped and he did not know it until he was 30ish? Much like the Truman show. The thing is I saw it when I was a child and it pretty much scared the shit out of me. I think it was in color so maybe a later season, but also I was really young and may have skewed it by now.

theres a couple of episodes I'd be keen to get, namely the one where the kid puts his family into the cartoons in the TV, and one of the old b&W episodes where this WWII pilot crashes, all his crewmates are dead, he's in the desert and then two modern day planes fly over and he's like "But its 1944, and those are jetplanes" "jetplanes?! jetplanes?!, but I dont even know about jetplanes!"
we watched that on acid when I was about 16 and were just pissing ourselves.
