depends on what you do, really..

a combination of three different ones. Take the green one, switch the A in it for the blue A (and make it white), and switch the anatome-text below to the one in pink (and make that white).

The tomato red one but change the word inside the 'bubble' on one line and make the bubble more bubble like.

I sorta like some of them but they're need a little work. I'd stop focussing on using the 'a' large because that means sod all to anyone. What's your reason behind highlighting the 'a' anyway? ie the green one. I hate logos that abbreviate the company name, and then repeat the company name after it because no-one would realise/remember what the hell the company was or did. (just a pet hate, but drop the 'a'!)
