Hi, a year ago I did the design of a 2CD compilation in Barcelona. Trusting the people I did it for, we didn´t make any contract, and in the meantime the label used (without asking me and very badly. by the way) the fotos, logos, and pictures I did for this CD to produce posters for concerts to promote the CD, for advertising, etc... Now they asked me to do the 2nd release of the compilation and I would like to have them sign a contract specifying the use of the images (i.e. maintaining the intellectual property and leaving them exclusively for the work the contract is concerning to, not for whatever use).
Please, could you send me model- or standard-contracts of similar concern, if they are european or spanish would be perfect, but for curiosity I´d be interested in anything suiting, to see how you guys are doing it?... If somebody else is interested, I could copy them and put them on a website to give everybody the posibility to access them...
