"studios", "packaging&recording", as well as "home", "productions", "services & "contact" all are kerned too tightly.
the photo on the main page with the crop of the CD is really boring....... for something thats on the main page and occupies so much space, it needs to be more enticing.. different crop maybe? or different photo..
also, your photo in the bottom right is like super-cheese.. lose the inner shadow, lose the outer glow.. rework the type a little... its really not working.. and lose the inner shadow everywhere through the site....
when i have a little more time i'll give you a little better of a crit.. these are just the things that jumped out at me

I'm not feel'n the some of the images....the ones with the "bubble" feel....ie the news graphic.....just doesn't fit.....everything else is flat...

beautiful guitar shot. (earmuffs) i'd totally do that guitar.
was thinking the same about the cd shot - i like that it tells the viewer what you do specifically - but you don't need that much attn drawn to that shot.
if i were you i would design it three more times.
and i liked the side angle bar that went across the guitar. bring it back!

SOme minor changes (inner glows removed, news pic reworked to fit the site)
For the opener pic (the cropped cd). It is just temporary.
This place will feature the recent work in some sort of flash slideshow, not quite sure yet.

kerning = much better!
news shot = better...
musicians choice 45 degree angle thing = looks way too much like cuban council - flip the colors to the color palette you're using, so instead of the lime green go with your burnt orange

"news shot = better... "
I was not too happy with this one either, but it is a start, and fits better thasn the first.
I'm gonna try that with the banner. Cause i don't want to lose it, but it curr. looks reaslly too much like CC.

also a note, the type throughout the site is all over the place.
for example.. you're over-using your Bauhaus font. right now its being used for: logo (header), sub-header, navigation titles, content section headers, graphic headers and copyright info...
and then you've got this dirty circus font you're using in some of the graphics as well.. as well as this rounded sans serif font for your 'packing records' packages
needs to be more uniform.. for example, you could flip all your content section headers to Helv Neue like your navigation sub-headers, and do the same for the copyright.
i'd say lose the rounded sans serif in the 'packages' section and re-introduce your bauhaus even for those.. since they are big headers...
do you see where im going with this?
keep workin it, it's getting there.
