Project Checklist

  Hello...
  Whenever I start a new project I´m usually afraid i´m not having in mind most of the issues involved in a website design job.

  And most of the times there´s always somehting that wasn´t mentioned or that the client assumes was included in the initial budget. Things like that.

  I´m looking for a few tips on this as I´m working now with an offshore client and since we cannot really be face to face, and documents become extra important in our communication.

  Do you have a checklist or some document you have as help when you start a new project?

  I´d need a checklist to make things clear from the start
