Everyday I eat these Sushi rolls/Makizushi rolls, I believe they call them calafornia rolls in the US. I have a couple for lunch, they are about hand size with small amounts of chicken and beef or tuna or salmon.
I was wondering if they are good for you or am I going to end up like a sumo wrestler?
these are they:

They're a pretty healthy food but are also quite heavy on energy if you're eating a lot in one go. Having a couple for lunch every day is nothing at all (and eating more than a few is a bit of a challenge anyway...they're pretty filling). Rest easy knowing you're not killing yourself with the sushi rolls and enjoy 'em!

I thought the kezza of old used to eat children and headbutt walls.
Sushi?
What have they done to you?

sushi is good...eat up.

totally good. I don't think anyone can claim that sushi made them unhealthy. I mean, I guess if you ate it for every meal for 6 years straight, the starches from the rice might get to you.. or would they ?
sushi is bomb anyways. it's all about sashimi (sp?) though.

"A number of populations are at particular risk of POPs exposure, including people whose diets include large amounts of fish, shellfish, or wild foods that are high in fat and locally obtained."
