Does anyone have any advice or know of the good areas to live for an artist. So far we are looking into Capital Hill, cause it sounds like there are alot of bars and nightlife, art galleries, etc.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

currently im living in THE OC, paying 1200 a month for a 1 bed pad. I'm sure I can do better than that in Seattle, right?

yeah, now i just need to support you and buy a shirt.
They were supposed to open up some nice artist lofts in the Pioneer Square area. The idea was that they would be affordable and be able to double as your work and living space.
If I see the link, i'll send it over.
