Would it be proper to have your logo, which is used for freelance work, on your resume?
Or would it be better to just display your freelance propaganda along with your portfolio?

The second option.
I think resume's should be clean and text only - making sure that your name stands out at the top w/all pertinent contact info.
... that's just something I've always been taught by biznus folk. Let the portfolio do the visual work - and the resume retain the important info.
