I'm reading The Alchamist now after it was bought for me. Realy enjoying it, as I'd heard nothing of it.
Also business wise - The Magic of Thinking Big, if you running your own business, or evern if your not.
Who stole my cheese, if your in a crappy relationship, or work environment. ;)

I bought the book Avant Garde Magazine Design of the 20th Century a few months back and it is excellent. Filled with good reading, history, social commentary, and kick ass graphic work.
