It loads now... but EXTREMELY BULKY...
I'm on a P4, 3.2 ghz box w/a gig of Ram... nothing opened but my email and browser...
... the CPU Usage goes above 40% during the transitions...
I can only imagine how badly it runs on an Apple.
Weed out the bulk... and get rid of the drop shadows.

quite nice.
not sure about the background pattern.. it's a bit bland.. needs more contrast i think..
and the text in the 'music' section is waaay to small.
and the transitions are a bit bulky indeed..

the transitions are a bit better... the cpu usage is still above 30%...
... I'd still try to tone that down. I think it's due to the the _alpha channel and motion tween in the transitions.
also... I don't like the collages under 'music' or 'photos'... it just seems like they were put together as an afterthought.
The borders on the two main areas are kind of ugly too.
