Quark 6 Web Form Help

I am creating a web form in Quark 6. When the user clicks submit I want the data sent to an email address as plain text. How do I set up the action?
Am using Quark 6 to build the site as its the simplest way possible for me...!

using a print application to design for the web doesn't sound like the simplest way possible.
i'd look into using a different app.

I am a print designer, with limited resoures and I dont have Dreamweaver GoLive etc. Limited time and funds!

As a proficient QuarkXpress 6.1 user, I am trying to build a web-page form.
When the user clicks 'submit', I want the form data to be sent as a plain text email with name/address/query etc.
How do I modify the 'submit button' actions to enable this?Thank you in advance,

use quark to create the layout, the boxes and export it as a PDF.
With Acrobat professional you can add web form features like radio boxes, submit button, etc.
