hi
im in stockholm and desperately need to find a reliable (and preferably comfortable) location with wireless connection for my powerbook...tried kulturhuset but they've stopped offering wi-fi. can anyone recommend? i'm staying by hortoget station..

Hi, at Odengatan there's a coffeshop/internetacafé which offers wireless access for a somewhat on 30-40 kronor á hour, i think that's the price anyways... it's called Nine and it's on Odengatan by Sveavägen not to far away from Hötorget.
Hope that helps a little.

There is that internetcafe..."Matrix"...in Hotorget station. They might have something...

i had a conference at the Crystal Plaza last month, and the offer wireless access. It's on Birger Jarlsgatan 35.
Run down Sveavägen and take a right on Odengatan. Follow it till you see Birger and find number 35.
Although I think its mainly available to people staying there, but I'm sure they'll let you borrow some bandwidth for a few crowns.

ended up going corporate and getting a telia 24 hr broadband card..now in waynes coffee on kungsgatan enjoying the pleasures of connection..
