  i've been getting linked on a bunch of design portals lately, k10k, scene360, lounge72, etc., and it made my bandwidth go way over my limit and my hosts are being dicks and made me upgrade my plan. now none of my cgi works and i'm informed that my new plan "doesn't include cgi support"

  wtf? so i UPGRADE my package and LOSE functionality? i'm sick of this lame shit and need a new host.
