Chossy - Anything over 50 years old is considered "historic" in the US :P

man I really like that place gruntt, It looks real good in the smaller picture you get a better impression of it's situation, love the hills surrounding it :).

chossy - it really is a beautiful place. everything i could want from a big city (good restaurants, music, art, cool people) all located in just a few city blocks. And within 10 minutes you can be up in the mountains a million miles away from everything.
