rawk!!! i could not ask for a better roll(s) in this flick.
harvey kitel is a good one for rand, he would probably be some dark alley wise but shady informant of some kind. then at the end when it seem all hope is lost and jox is about to shoot kona, who just ran out of bullets and threw his last hammer, rand comes out of the shadows with a missle launcher and blows the sweed sky high.
