[Help] missing important system font!

So i was cleaning out my font folder cause half of them were crap and i had way to many. And i think i accidently deleted an imp. font
here's a screenie >
as you can see in the mouse properties the font is all ugly and big..so does anyone know what the font there is suppose to be?

dunno if this will help but this is wot is in my font folder.....i use suitecase for fonts so thats why its empty :)
