What's wrong with onEnterFrame?
- Anarchitect0
onEnterFrame it's a fowl word.
seriously, with an Interval loop you can override your framerate, enabling you to have whater loop rate u want.
you can target objects, not only movieclips, and [VERY IMPORTANT], pass function parameters within the loop.
and these are only some of the possibilities.

very interesting, makes sense...thanks!
- kafeen330
i would have to "understandly" agree. onenterframe is based on the movieframerate, and interval is simply "time-based"(?)
- Anarchitect0
exactly. and it loops accordin to a user defined time interval.
- ganon0
right, but setInterval accuracy is limited to CPU/RAM of the machine its running on (dont expect it to be perfect)....
- Anarchitect0
DAMN U CPU/RAM! DAMN U!!
;-)
- kafeen330
so, if you have a fast cpu, you could be time traveling.
uh. yeah, i know. this was bad. bad.

What isthe frame rate for the speed of light?
- Anarchitect0
that would be
light Loop = setInterval(speed, 299792458);
- level20
Thanks, now I can see into the future with a .swf.
- kafeen330

light Loop = setInterval(speed, c);
