Documentary Mystery

  I saw a documentary on Sundance or IFC a few weeks back about some young kids in I think a Western European country, and their lives were fairly terrible, they lived in abandoned buildings and huffed paint all the time. Does anyone know the name of it? What I saw of it was fairly amazing.
