help with news manager.

  I'm trying to make a simple news manager for a flash site, and needing some pointers - I suck at coding - anyone knows of a good source? I'm thinking of some php that can create and edit a text file in the server...

  I would say learn the simple task of reading information from a .txt file into flash first. Just to get the idea going. It will be a eureka moment for you. Then you could focus on appending/adding information through an http interface in the language of your choice into that file.

  I find it best to conquer these things step by step then at the end you will have the tools to make it all work together.
