anybody have any experience with this?

I don't believe normal mobiles do flash or anything on that level - unless there's some Flash for Java mod or something.
Flash is possible on phones using WinCE or similar platforms - but, technically speaking, they're more PDAs than phones, no?

I worked in the WAP industry with WML circa 1996, but that was too long ago. It all depends on the software that your PDA supports. obiously, right? Not too many phones support that type of functionality, but they should.
